The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were so friendly and courteous. There was always a member of staff available who could speak English which made life so much easier during our stay. The guest relations supervisor, Beyza Tomruk, was lovely and extremely helpful. She made sure we got to the correct hospital when my youngest son got sick and arranged taxis for us. The hotel has excellent facilities like the posh spa service and clean swimming pools. I especially liked the children's pools, both indoors and outdoors, as my son enjoyed his time there. The hotel is also conveniently located near a great shopping center with well-known stores.

The hotel provides facilities for parties, a spa, swimming pool, and in-house bar and restaurants. the staff, including Ms. Beyza Tomruk and Mr Engin Dastan, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay for guests.

The hotel's evening shift staff could improve their efficiency in attending to calls and complaints, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We loved the fine view from our room, the perfect cleanliness, and the convenient location in close proximity to Kadikoy, a vibrant area. The hotel is situated next to a fantastic shopping mall, making it easy for us to explore and shop. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff, especially Samih from the restaurant, provided really good service, making us feel like royalty. We were impressed with the great facilities, including the spa, and the professional demeanor of the staff.

The hotel room wasnice and neat, with a perfect bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options, including made-to-order omelets. Room service was always available, and the restaurant served delicious meals throughout the day. The staff at the hotel were really nice too provide excellent service and assistance, especially Dear. Irem, who was very helpful and patient. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel overall.

A luxurious stay at this hotel surpassed all my expectations. the exclusive amenities, including the private facilities and Jacuzzi provided me with the utmost comfort and relaxation. the service was impeccable, with staff catering to my every need.

Although the hotel provided various advantages, including a great swimming pool and BBQ facilities, it was somewhat far from the main tourist attractions.

Convenient location near hospitals, mall nearby, 24/7 taxi service, clean rooms, helpful staff, easy access to attractions in the area.

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. the luxurious amenities and personalized service exceeded my expectations. the Swimming pool was pristine and the Jacuzzi a delight. the room was spacious, with exclusive advantages that added to the comfort of my stay. the Bar/Lounge had a great variety of drinks and a relaxed atmosphere.
